Rent-control delusions won’t fix California housing mess

Pasadena Star-News has published an editorial on Californians' decisive rejection of extreme rent control by heavily voting against Prop 33. The newspaper comments that rent controls have only contributed to spiraling housing costs. Instead, we need to make it easier to build the housing that California urgently needs.
