PHP announces ballot measure details

Pasadena Now wrote a great article about our ballot measure for November 2026. We're going to give the voters of Pasadena a chance to fix Measure H's

biggest problems:

• A tenant-majority rent board that's dominated by anti-business extremists

• Uncontrolled spending that's projected to reach $300 per rental unit

• A Rent Stabilization Department that routinely ignores the rent board's instructions
