Pasadena Now: Landlords Say Rental Board Dragged Its Feet on Publishing Key Document

Following our email to members on August 26th, we were contacted by several journalists to talk about the Rent Board's broken promise to deliver legally-mandated forms by August 16th, to allow rent increases for October.

Instead, the Rent Board dragged its feet till the last possible moment.
