Pasadena’s Measure H prevents property owners from offering temporary accommodations to displaced fire victims, as most rental contracts automatically become permanent.

Pasadena Housing Providers has urgently appealed to the City Council for an emergency measure to extend the limited temporary tenancies allowed under Measure H to include all property types, opening up many more vacant homes to help our displaced neighbors.
